Oh boy! Even if it's half as bad as Shrek 2, it will still raise the stocks in shittastic sequels by 4.2%!!!

You've obviously NOT done your research on this topic. Dreamworks sight the "Beethoven" dynasty as their benchmark for sucess with "Shrek". That is WHY they are continuing to release sequel after sequel - or as i like to call it - FLOGGING A DEAD HORSE.
Shrek 2 was awful. The only reason a 3rd was made was because people were stupid enough to sign contracts for budgets before the sequel to shrek had even been made.
Interesting to know.
